About The Position
Providing repair and upkeep services for the residences of our clients, which may involve troubleshooting plumbing or electrical problems, fixing appliances, etc. Conducting inspections and addressing damages in different parts of buildings. Performing painting and surface refinishing tasks. Assisting with basic vehicle maintenance, such as changing a flat tire or replacing a brake light bulb.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Applicants must possess their own tools
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Working knowledge of and ability to handle all maintenance and electrical equipment
- Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills and well-developed problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
