Maintenance Associate - Night shift

We are seeking qualified candidates with five years’ experience in building and equipment maintenance with an emphasis on electrical installation and troubleshooting. Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 5 years’ experience in building and equipment maintenance with an emphasis on electrical installation and troubleshooting
- Experience operating boom and scissor lifts required
- Must be able to use basic electrical test instruments to include VOM multi-meter, clamp on ampere meter, and other basic test instruments
- Mechanical skills related to installation, maintenance, and repair of various campus electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Must be able to lift 50lbs routinely throughout the work shift
Nice To Haves
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting automated conveyor equipment preferred
- Certifications in basic electrical, mechanical, motor control relay logic, and schematic reading preferred
