About The Position
White Oak Charleston is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Assistant to support our facility operations. Conveniently located at I-26 and University Avenue on the Trident Hospital campus, our facility is committed to delivering high-quality care and exceptional service to our residents.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE A VALID SOUTH CAROLINA DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Some prior experience in maintenance, specifically plumbing, electrical and air conditioning unit maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Ability to plan and carry out programs of repair and preventive maintenance duties.
- Knowledge of supplies and equipment, their uses and care.
- Knowledge of safety regulations as set forth by DPH.
