About The Position

Montana Precision Products (MPP) is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join their team. This role involves executing custodial duties to maintain orderliness and cleanliness throughout the manufacturing shop, assisting the Maintenance/Facilities department. The position also includes performing other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• US Person Status
• Must be able to read/write/speak English.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen or criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Uses hand and power tools, machine tools, and tests equipment as qualified.
• Operates forklifts, aerial man lifts, and other company vehicles.
• Follows all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Keeps work area clean and free from debris.
• Maintains regular work schedule.
• Service, clean, and supply facility with necessary items.
• Maintains exterior of the building including such as snow removal, lawn maintenance, etc.
• Follows these and additional instructions as assigned, including production duties.
