Requirements

• Prior experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building upkeep
• Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture and equipment for events or resident activities
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all maintenance areas
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies
