Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years maintenance experience preferred
- 2+ years in a trade (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry)
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong communication skills
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Push/pull up to 250 lbs
- Work indoors and outdoors
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Safely use ladders and tools
Responsibilities
- Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical repairs
- Complete maintenance work orders promptly
- Preventative maintenance of rooms and equipment
- Respond to facility emergencies
- Deliver exceptional guest service
