About The Position
The Maintenance Assistant position at Riverbend at Farmington is a full-time role responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure buildings and equipment are well-maintained and presentable. This role involves fixing issues, conducting proactive maintenance, and collaborating with the Maintenance Director to ensure the community runs smoothly and safely for residents and staff.

Responsibilities
- Fix both small and big problems to keep our community running smoothly.
- Do regular maintenance to make sure everything looks nice and is comfortable for residents and staff.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Director to update them on systems, issues and remedies.
- Quickly and effectively respond to maintenance requests to keep residents safe and happy.
- Keep your work area clean and organized, and always follow safety rules.
