About The Position

This is a part-time position at Serenity Place on 7th. The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for assisting in maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient and effective completion of all duties. This role involves providing leadership and guidance to team members, managing work orders, scheduling preventative maintenance, and performing routine maintenance tasks. The assistant will also be responsible for fabricating or repairing parts and responding promptly to maintenance requests while providing excellent customer service. Requirements

Responsibilities

Assist in maintenance and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Utilize requests/facility needs to track and prioritize work orders, schedule preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate records.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, painting, troubleshooting issues, and conducting inspections.
Fabricate or repair parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of machinery and equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and provide excellent customer service.
