About The Position

Lasata Senior Living Campus is seeking a full-time (35-40 hours per week) seasonal Maintenance Assistant for the summer. This role involves a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility. The position is seasonal, starting in May and lasting for approximately 3.5-4 months. It's an excellent opportunity for a student home for the summer looking for consistent work without the requirement of nights, weekends, or holidays. The role primarily involves outdoor tasks such as gardening, landscaping, weeding, watering, mowing grass, and general grounds maintenance. During inclement weather, duties will shift to indoor tasks like painting, repairs, and equipment cleaning.

Requirements

• Ability to work a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Flexibility in schedule available
• Ability to perform outdoor gardening, landscaping, weeding, watering, mowing grass, and grounds maintenance
• Ability to perform indoor duties such as painting, repairs, and equipment cleaning during inclement weather
