About The Position
Pleasantview Nursing Home is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to work in a short-term rehabilitation and long-term care environment.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of general maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, groundskeeping, and commercial appliance repair.
- Basic knowledge of multimeter use, standard maintenance practices, and a variety of hand and power tools used to maintain and repair building facilities.
