About The Position
Fox Subacute at Mechanicsburg is a 55 bed facility that specializes in providing quality care for the clinically-complex respiratory residents in a home-like atmosphere. Fox is currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Assistant. In this role, your priority is the safety and comfort of our patients and residents. You will complete a variety of tasks to maintain the building and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition along with keeping a pleasing appearance.
Requirements
- Familiarity with electrical equipment
- Familiarity with general plumbing
- Familiarity with painting
- Familiarity with lawn care
- Familiarity with snow removal
Responsibilities
- Make minor repairs on handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs.
- Have familiarity with electrical equipment, general plumbing, painting, lawn care and snow removal.
- Carry, lift and stock supplies.
