About The Position
As a Maintenance Assistant at Ridgewood Rehabilitation & Care Center, you'll do more than maintain our building and grounds. You'll help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where residents can live with dignity and thrive. This important role supports the day-to-day operations of our community through building maintenance, grounds upkeep, and transportation assistance when needed. Every task you complete helps enhance the lives of our residents and contributes to the exceptional care they receive.
Requirements
- Practical maintenance or related experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to assist with transportation needs
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and caring approach toward residents and team members
- High personal integrity and professionalism
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks efficiently and independently
