About The Position

River Mews Apartments & Townhomes is seeking a Maintenance Assistant (Apartment Turn Technician) to join their maintenance team. This role focuses primarily on apartment turns and interior repairs, helping prepare homes for incoming residents. It is an opportunity for individuals with basic maintenance or construction experience to develop their skills and grow in the apartment maintenance industry. Palms Associates manages 645 apartments, ensuring consistent work and growth opportunities for the team.

Requirements

• 1 year of Apartment turnover or general maintenance experience preferred
• Basic carpentry and repair skills, such as drywall repair, door installation, and minor interior repairs is a plus
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair is a plus
• Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and mobile devices
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); bilingual ability is a plus

Nice To Haves
