About The Position

Our Maintenance Assistants are essential in providing Quality Life to our residents through helping ensure our facility remains pristine and all services fully functional. This is a full-time position with an on-call requirement. Hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm.

Requirements

• 1-2 years practical maintenance or related experience.
• High personal integrity and passion for providing an outstanding facility to our residents.
• Ability to stay active on their feet while lifting items up to 75 pounds, pushing, and carrying items.
• Active driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Routine care and maintenance of the building and grounds.
• Timely completion of work orders.
