If you're looking for a career that’s exciting, meaningful, and full of opportunity, Arrow is the place to be. Arrow International is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Manager. This is a player-coach role for an experienced, hands-on technical leader who works alongside the maintenance team on the shop floor when needed while primarily owning the strategy, structure, and development of the reliability engineering and maintenance function. This is not a desk job. It is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role. Arrow International needs someone who can roll up their sleeves and troubleshoot a press, rebuild a gearbox, or diagnose a robotic line, while also building the reliability engineering function by designing the systems, instilling the habits, and building the capabilities that keep the team from fighting the same fires repeatedly.

  • Strong hands-on background in industrial mechanics, including hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical power transmission, and precision alignment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience applying root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Proficiency with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, LOTO procedures, and general industrial safety requirements.

  • Develop and document process standards, work instructions, and control plans.
  • Identify automation candidates based on labor intensity, error rate, and volume.
  • Partner with Tom W. on controls integration for process improvements.
  • Support configure-to-order process design for variable data and short-run workflows.
