About The Position
Panama City Beach Harley Davidson is seeking a full-time Maintenance and Facilities Team Member. The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication and organization skills, and a commitment to providing incomparable Guest service. Honesty, integrity, perseverance, and job commitment are essential qualities. This position involves maintaining a commercial building and requires enthusiasm, an excellent attitude, outstanding cleaning skills, and attention to detail. Knowledge in painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, landscaping, and irrigation is a plus.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid US government-issued Driver's License.
- Safe driving record.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
- Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
- Present a professional and well-groomed appearance.
Nice To Haves
