About The Position

The Maintenance and Facilities Assistant is responsible for ensuring all facilities are maintained in a safe, organized, and presentable manner. This person will provide services throughout the Wisconsin facility to improve, and maintain the office environment, grounds and warehouse floor while ensuring safety as utmost priority.

Requirements

• Ability to operate power and cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, sanitizing equipment, and vacuums, in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to identify and report safety concerns or facility issues to management.
• Ability to perform assigned duties independently while following supervisor direction and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to operations, prioritizing safety, efficiency, cleanliness, and quality.
• Maintain bathrooms, common areas, offices, grounds, and shop floors through cleaning and sanitizing duties.
• Complete routine janitorial and facility tasks and respond appropriately to maintenance or facility emergencies.
• Support the company’s safety and continuous improvement initiatives while working respectfully with team members and departments.
