About The Position
Heather Heights Senior Living Facility is looking for a Full Time or Part Time Maintenance Aide. This role is responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility, ensuring residents have a well-maintained building and grounds. The Maintenance Technician will perform minor repairs and upkeep throughout the building and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance Director. New Differentials: $1.00 more per hour for evening shifts, and $2.00 more per hour for weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Painting Experience
- Minor Maintenance Repair Experience
- Team player
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to stand be active (lift, pull, and/or push a reasonable weight) for extended periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Provide residents with well-maintained building and grounds.
- Perform minor repairs and upkeep throughout the building and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance Director.
