About The Position
Heather Heights Senior Living Facility is looking for a Full Time or Part Time Maintenance Aide. This role is responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility and providing residents with a well-maintained building and grounds. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for minor repairs and upkeep throughout the building and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance Director.
Requirements
- Painting Experience
- Minor Maintenance Repair Experience
- Team player
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to stand be active (lift, pull, and/or push a reasonable weight) for extended periods of time
Responsibilities
- Overall maintenance of the facility
- Provide residents with well-maintained building and grounds
- Minor repairs and upkeep throughout the building and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance Director
