Performs various machine repair, installation, and maintenance functions on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic factory equipment. This role requires a self-starter with the motivation to complete tasks in a timely manner while prioritizing safety. Requirements

• High School Diploma, or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make repairs and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment such as motors, production machines, hydraulics, and pneumatic equipment.
• Use testing equipment and necessary hand and power tools.
• Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow proper procedures for lockout.
• Wear required protective equipment.
• Wire electrical circuits and controls, and troubleshoot electrical problems.
• Requisition needed parts and supplies from supervisor.
• Perform snow removal when needed.
• Work overtime, mornings and nights, as needed.
