About The Position
This role involves performing various landscape maintenance tasks, working independently and reporting any issues to the Crew Leader. The position requires adherence to minimum standards and safe operating procedures, including the use of proper safety gear. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment such as mowers, blowers, edgers, and string trimmers, as well as performing landscape inspections, weeding, watering, planting, pruning, and pest identification.

- Operate and maintain Mower 21”, 36”, 48”
- Operate Blower
- Operate Edger
- Operate String Line Trimmer
- Perform Shrub Pruning
- Operate Hedge Trimmer
- Conduct Landscape Inspections (identify dead plants)
- Operate Riding Mower/Laser
- Perform Aerator
- Perform Hand Weeding
- Perform Hand Watering
- Perform Shrub & Tree Planting (1 to 5 gallons)
- Manually shut off Mainline (RPVB)
- Perform Tree Staking & Guying
- Perform Head Adjustment & Repairs
- Perform Flower Planting
- Perform Pest Identification (up to 5)
- Detail Annuals
- Perform Snail Bait Application
- Perform Vine Tying
- Select Prune Trees Under 15’
- Identify Plant of the Week
- Report Problems to Crew Leader
- Pick up Papers, Branches & Debris
- Review and Sign time card
