About The Position

The Maintenance Worker performs a variety of building and facility maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC work, preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and janitorial duties. This position supports a safe, functional, and well-maintained healthcare environment while complying with safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements. This position may require participation in an on call rotation, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, to respond to emergency maintenance needs.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience in operating a variety of hand/power tools and equipment ensuring proper safety precautions
• Understanding of Ohm's Law and refrigeration theory
• Experience in building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Two years of technical or trade school preferred
