Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 4 years work experience which relates to the mechanical maintenance field, such as, repair of mechanical systems, metal fixture fabrication, welding, equipment alignment techniques and repair of pumps.
- Thorough knowledge of maintenance techniques, material, tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow and carry out written and oral instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including rotating shift assignment.
- Ability to function well as a member of the work team.

- Industry approved apprenticeship program

- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions managing assignments per shift
- Ability to weld and maintain certifications
- Millwright card preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment operation experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Examine equipment to diagnose trouble and effect repairs or replacement of broken parts.
- Adjust functional parts of equipment as required
- Adhere to established industry and safety practices.
- Inspect completed work and ensure that work conforms to requirements of local building and safety codes.
