About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world’s largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Perform preventative maintenance on mobile equipment at our South Carolina locations. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to optimize equipment performance.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical capability to handle the demands of the job
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
