About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world’s largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ready-mix concrete equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs. Collaborate with team members to optimize plant operations.

Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
