About The Position

Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on plant equipment to support reliable operations. Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing corrective actions. Inspect equipment and document findings to help identify potential maintenance needs. Safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment to complete assigned tasks. Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to maintain a safe and efficient plant.

Requirements

Capability to perform mechanical maintenance tasks using proper tools and safe practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn equipment systems and procedures.
Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and complete work accurately.
Effective communication skills for working with team members and reporting maintenance needs.
Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
