About The Position

Provide theatrical entertainment for guests while in character. Promote a fun and comfortable atmosphere for guests. Must be a confident actor who is capable of performing in front of and engaging audiences. Practices performances to maintain and improve skills. Performs skits or plays solo or with other actors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Public performance and entertainment experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • Theatrical entertainment for guests while in character.
  • Confident actor capable of performing in front of and engaging audiences.
  • Ability to practice performances to maintain and improve skills.
  • Ability to perform skits or plays solo or with other actors.
  • Ability to report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
  • Ability to complete safety training and certifications.
  • Ability to follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Ability to protect company assets.
  • Ability to welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Ability to anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
  • Ability to assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Ability to thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Ability to speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Ability to support team to reach common goals.
  • Ability to comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Ability to walk for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
