Mainline Technician - Land Rover Denver - Up to $20k Sign on Bonus
About The Position
Land Rover Denver has an opportunity for a skilled Mainline Technician to join the Holman family. Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus based on qualifications. Relocation assistance available. The Mainline Technician must be experienced in performing work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. This role involves diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing repairs, while maintaining leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials. The technician will also be responsible for keeping the shop area neat and clean, accounting for dealership tools, and road-testing vehicles to ensure quality repairs. Adaptability to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry and diagnostics is crucial.
Requirements
- 1 year or more of automotive technician experience
- Technical Auto training or Land Rover certifications
- Valid Drivers License, a clean MVR or minimal violations
- Willingness to undergo our background requirements

Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
- Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
- Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
- Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair
- Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena
