Requirements

  • A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Strong relationship-building, persuasive communication, and closing skills.
  • Ability to connect authentically with guests, identify needs, and tailor solutions.
  • Active Real Estate or Timeshare License may be required depending on location.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in timeshare, real estate, travel, or high-ticket sales preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front by taking high-impact morning tours and setting the pace for modern vacation ownership sales.
  • Directly contribute to the team's collective success by resolving customer concerns and securing affordable purchase options.
  • Leverage financial expertise and market data to navigate a performance-driven, high-energy resort environment.
  • Engage and inspire prospective owners through dynamic presentations and personalized consultations.
  • Partner closely with marketing and resort operations to create seamless experiences that drive conversions.
  • Use creative sales approaches to connect emotionally with guests and differentiate Vacatia in a competitive market.
  • Track and measure performance to meet or exceed individual and team goals.
  • Contribute to a supportive, results-driven sales culture built on excellence, collaboration, and integrity.
