Requirements

2+ years of automotive dealership technician experience required
Mainline technician experience required
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Professional, team-oriented attitude
Basic computer skills
Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Import or Mazda experience preferred
Mazda certifications strongly preferred
EV certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform automotive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs
Accurately diagnose customer concerns and vehicle issues
Complete multi-point inspections
Perform warranty repairs according to Mazda manufacturer specifications
Use diagnostic equipment, scan tools and special service tools
Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, electrical, HVAC and other vehicle systems
Properly document diagnostic procedures and completed repairs
Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
Maintain an organized and professional work area
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
