About The Position

NF & IWS Systems, in partnership with the IWMS Mainframe Center of Excellence, is looking for a highly motivated Mainframe Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join the team. This candidate will use their knowledge of mainframe software development, platform integration and mainframe computing to test updates to our BFEE system to support our rep code translation initiative. They will work directly with both technical and business partners to fulfill our clients' needs. They would be responsible for delivering quality products consistent with Fidelity's high standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of mainframe software development and testing experience using Cobol, DB2, JCL, VSAM
• Experience using CICS and KICKS.
• Understanding of QA engineering, analysis, testing concepts, defect tracking tools and processes
• Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner
• Ability to quickly learn, adapt and strive to meet the needs of a fast paced, changing environment
• Ability to navigate organizationally to accomplish tasks
• Ability to work on multiple efforts simultaneously
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Quick learner and willing to adapt and learn new technologies
• Great attitude, teammate and effective contributor
• Commitment to quality and high standards

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of SQL, File-aid, Eztrieve and SPUFI is preferred
