About The Position

532 Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with key skills in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, IDz, and CICS. The role involves sustaining and modernizing multiple programs, providing application support, enhancements, and production support. The ideal candidate will have a good personality and strong work ethic. This is a remote position for individuals residing in the United States, requiring U.S. Citizenship or Green Card, and a background investigation for a Public Trust Security Clearance. Experience in insurance or healthcare claims is essential.

Requirements

COBOL, JCL, VSAM, IDz, CICS
Insurance (claims) or Healthcare (Medicare or Medicaid claims processing) industry experience
Recent (within the past two years) mainframe development experience
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card
Ability to pass a background investigation for a Public Trust Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of Mainframe Developer experience

Nice To Haves

Leadership skills, initiative, and good judgment
Ability to work both as a team member and independently

Responsibilities
