About The Position
Hyundai of Kirkland is seeking a Main Shop Service Advisor to join their service department. The Main Shop Service Advisor will assist clients throughout the repair process and write repair orders for technicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and previous service writing experience. Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous service writing
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge and/or experience in Hyundai Advising is highly desired
- Experience in CDK + Xtime is preferred
- A desire to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
