Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of Kia vehicles and familiarity with manufacturer repair manuals and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid automotive technician certifications preferred (ASE, OEM certifications).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical aspects of vehicle repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical and electrical issues following manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle problems efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and repair needs.
• Keep accurate records of services and repairs performed to ensure compliance and quality control.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures in the workshop.
