About The Position
Carriage Club is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused Expo to join our Main Dining Room team. The Expo is responsible for coordinating the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room and ensuring every dish is accurate, complete, properly presented, and delivered according to Carriage Club service standards. The Expo serves as a critical communication link between the kitchen and service team. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing an exceptional member experience.
