About The Position
The Main Bank Lead-OPC is responsible for overseeing all vault personnel, ensuring the safekeeping of all cash, and managing daily transactions and paperwork. This role involves training new employees, calculating and preparing daily bank deposits, and maintaining accountability for all assets within the Main Bank. The Lead will also reconcile shift accountabilities, review cashier discrepancies, and manage currency and gaming chip reserves. Adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures is mandatory.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- 10 key by touch
- Computer skills in Excel
- Above average oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Problem solving capability
- High capacity for learning
- Mathematical and cash counting skills
- Must be a team player and have leadership capabilities
Nice To Haves
- Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license
Responsibilities
- Oversees all vault personnel to ensure the safekeeping of all cash
- Records all transactions that are distributed for casino and prepares daily paperwork to distribute to proper personnel
- Training new Main Bank employees
- Responsible for the safekeeping of all cash in the Main Bank
- Calculates and prepares daily bank deposits
- Maintains main bank accountability and related documents and safeguards for gaming chips, numerically controlled documentation and supply inventory
- Reconciles main bank accountabilities for assigned shift
- Reviews all cage cashier discrepancies and follow up reports
- Prepares daily cash receipts and disbursements through the main bank
- Verifies all cash turned in by operating departments
- Maintains an adequate amount of currency and gaming chips in reserve for daily operation and promotional events
- Schedules verifies and accepts funds from soft count
- Transfers necessary currency to main bank reserve
- Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures, TICS, and to the MICS
