About The Position

The Mail Room Coordinator assists in running the mail room day to day operations in an efficient and professional manner. This key team member will support the needs of the Mail Room and the Director of Operations.

Requirements

  • Skilled at coordinating multiple efforts, organizing and prioritizing work.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous mail room or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Mail room duties as they are assigned by leadership
  • Forwarding and sorting mail
  • Outgoing mail as needed in afternoons. Including drop offs.
  • Opening & prep mail in mornings
  • Other duties as assigned by Director of Operations
