Mail Room Task Lead (EOIR)
About The Position
CGI Federal is seeking a Mail Room Task Lead to support the Executive Office of Immigration Review, Board of Immigration Appeals mail room at the EOIR HQ office in Falls Church, VA. Your future duties and responsibilities: Supervise the mailroom staff, consisting of approximately 7 individuals. Report to executive-level management regarding process improvements, metrics, staff motivation, and strategies to enhance mailroom operations. Occasionally transport packages to designated locations.
Requirements
- Experience in mailroom operations.
- Supervisory experience.
- Ability to successfully obtain a DOJ Public Trust.
- Ability to pass the CGI Federal background investigation.
- Possession of a valid DMV license.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the mailroom staff, consisting of approximately 7 individuals.
