Position Summary The Pharmacist works collaboratively with all members of the care team providing world class service to both the patients and staff of Martin’s Point. The Staff Pharmacist ensures the proper compounding, dispensing, review and verification of prescription medications within regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures; provides appropriate drug information to patients and clinical staff; and actively supports organizational/departmental initiatives in an accurate and professional manner. This is a per diem position with an expected minimum availability of approximately 8 hours per week, based on operational needs. In addition to weekly hours, the individual in this role may be asked to provide additional coverage for extended periods, such as week-long shifts, to support staffing needs during employee vacations, leaves, or other planned absences. Scheduling needs will be communicated in advance when possible. Actual hours worked may vary depending on business needs.”
