Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a pharmacy technician training program
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in a pharmacy or healthcare-related environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Attention to accuracy, accountability, and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in daily operations, including dispensing, packaging, and labeling medications in compliance with all regulations.
- Perform prepacking duties, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality control standards to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, perform stock audits, verify expiration dates, and maintain organized storage areas.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and functionality of the fulfillment area by performing regular cleaning tasks and assisting in the maintenance of equipment and materials.
- Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff, support workflow efficiency, and help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
