About The Position

The Mail Operations Pharmacist 2 is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medication to patients. The work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of appropriate courses of action. CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist with a California license to join their dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ, to serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge for the state of California. This role involves working directly with the Pharmacist-In-Charge of the pharmacy and CenterWell Pharmacy’s Professional Practice team to ensure compliance with California laws and regulations and provide oversight for pharmacy services provided to California patients. As a member of the CenterWell Pharmacy team, the individual will have the opportunity to choose from job assignments in Front End, Dispensing, or Clinical Services teams. Requirements

  • Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
  • Actively licensed as a Pharmacist in California and Arizona without disciplinary action
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist in a high-volume retail, community or traditional mail order pharmacy practice environment
  • Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs
  • Proficient with computers such as MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish (required to pass a language assessment)
