About The Position

AEXP Express Corporation is seeking a mail delivery driver/mail carrier for a United States Postal Service route in Duchesne, Utah. The route starts on 11/28/2026. The contractor provides their own qualifying vehicle and drives approximately 100 miles per day, including a 50-mile delivery route. Compensation is $330 per day as a 1099 contractor, paid monthly.

The schedule is full-time, six days per week, Monday through Saturday, including some federal holidays. Estimated hours are 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or 12 hours per day or less. Applicants must live in Duchesne or a neighboring town or city and provide a qualifying minivan or cargo van, at least 120 cubic feet of cargo capacity, less than five years old, with minimum liability insurance.

Requirements

• Have legal documentation to work in the United States.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to lift 70 pounds.
• Be able to work and drive safely in all types of weather conditions.
• Reside in Duchesne, Utah, or a neighboring town or city.
• Provide a qualifying minivan or cargo van with at least 120 cubic feet of cargo capacity, less than five years old, and minimum liability insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Former USPS employees or contractors are highly recommended.
• A minivan or cargo van with at least 120 cubic feet of cargo space and no center console is recommended for passenger-side mailbox delivery; the route may be difficult without this vehicle configuration but is still possible.
• Availability to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Sort mail and packages into delivery sequence for active mailboxes.
• Load mail and parcels into the delivery vehicle in delivery sequence.
• Deliver mail and packages to customer boxes along an assigned line of travel.
• Dismount when required to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items.
• Perform other required administrative duties.
