About The Position

BrightKey is seeking energetic and responsible Mail Courier / Drivers to contribute to the company's success and their career growth. The role involves performing various pick-ups and deliveries using a company-provided vehicle among 6 buildings on multiple campuses within a 95-mile radius of the main contract location. Primary duties include transporting mail, retrieving and delivering mail, and loading/unloading the vehicle. Courier Drivers must maintain a daily automobile log of mileage, mail pieces, and departure times, submitting these logs to the project manager daily. The position requires interaction with multiple customers/clients, necessitating excellent customer service. Employment is contingent upon completing a drug and background investigation. Requirements

• Valid drivers license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50-70lbs.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust level Security Clearance prior to starting.
• Experience as a driver/courier in a professional capacity (specifically 26 foot box trucks or 15 passenger shuttle bus or similar sized vehicle).
• Experience with mail processing or document management.

Responsibilities

• Perform various pick-ups and deliveries (using a company provided vehicle) among 6 buildings on multiple campuses within a 95 (mile) mile radius of the main contract location.
• Transport mail to multiple buildings.
• Retrieve and deliver mail.
• Load and unload the vehicle.
• Maintain a daily automobile log of mileage, all mail pieces loaded and unloaded and point of departure times.
• Submit daily automobile logs to the project manager at the end of each day.
• Provide excellent customer service during interaction with multiple customers/clients throughout the day.
