About The Position
The Renley at Woodholme Gardens, a premier retirement community in Pikesville, Md provides quality care to residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role is for the Magnolia Trails Director, specifically focusing on Memory Care Activities.
Requirements
- Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
- College credits required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on the resident preferences.
- Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
- Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
- Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
- Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
