About The Position
The Presiding Justice of the Rhode Island Superior Court seeks candidates to fill two (2) positions of Magistrate of the Rhode Island Superior Court pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws §8-2-11.1. The applicant must be a member of the Bar of Rhode Island.
Requirements
- Must be a member of the Bar of Rhode Island.
- Education such as may have been gained through graduation from an accredited law school.
- Must be a member in good standing of the Rhode Island Bar.
Responsibilities
- Preside over court proceedings as a Magistrate of the Rhode Island Superior Court.
