About The Position
This position is for a Magistrate within the Judiciary Department, Legal Division. The salary range is $192,741.00 - $231,289.00. Applicants selected for first round interviews will be required to complete an extensive Magistrate Application. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited law school.
- Must be a member in good standing of the Rhode Island Bar.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for any and all duties consistent with Rhode Island General Law §8-10-3.1
- Responsible for any and all duties that may be assigned by the Chief Judge of the Rhode Island Family Court.
