About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Machinist for a Temp-to-Hire position in North Royalton, Ohio. This role involves working with CNC and manual lathes and mills. The position offers full-time hours with overtime available and multiple shift options, including differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of machining experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and math aptitude may be considered with less experience.
• Experience with CNC lathes and mills preferred.
• Experience with manual lathes and mills preferred.
• English required for training and workplace communication.
• Must complete an in-person mechanical and math aptitude assessment after arrival.
• Standard background check required.
• Employment eligibility verification required.
• Pre-employment drug screening may be required.
• Steel-toe safety shoes required.
• Measuring tools required for machinist roles.
• Employees should bring their own tools or be prepared to purchase required tools gradually.
• Ability to follow workplace safety procedures.
• Long hair must be secured and excessive jewelry should be avoided in the production environment.
