About The Position

GDIT is seeking a Machinist to set up and machine many different types of parts to blueprint. Experience with CNC Milling is preferred, and knowledge of G-Code programming is a plus. The role requires blueprint reading and the use of precision machinist measuring tools. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Pawcatuck, CT.

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Experience using precision machinist measuring tools.
• Blueprint reading skills.

Nice To Haves

• CNC Milling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of G-Code programming a plus.
