Requirements

Completed a Technical training program.
5 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of Lean Concepts.
CNC machining and programming.

Nice To Haves

Ability to perform and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
Must be comfortable with computer basics.
Experience on the Following: Wire EDM, Plunge EDM, Heidenhain Controls, Heat Treating, surface grinding, and welding.

Responsibilities

Follow all company safety rules and procedures, including PPE and 5S.
Manual and CNC machine experience including Mills, Lathes, waterjet, and EDM’s
Ability to read tool sheets, edit NC programs and perform CNC machine set ups.
Able to determine tooling and operation requirements for all Machined parts.
Exceptional interpersonal skills including positive attitude, self-motivator, contributes to a team environment and personal accountability.
CNC machining and programming.
