Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Machinist experience required
skilled and experienced Machinist
qualified to operate other machines (Mazak, Fanuk, Okuma and Haas Controls)

Additional pay if qualified to operate other machines (Mazak, Fanuk, Okuma and Haas Controls).

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines (mill and/or lathe).
Monitor controls and make necessary adjustments to achieve product specs and change cutting tools.
Read dimensions and tooling instructions from work orders and blueprints.
Verify conformance of machined parts to product specs.
Load and unload material and align material to specs.
Plan and perform machine operations which require complicated set ups, troubleshooting with a high degree of accuracy.
